Ethics and Malpractice

The organizers of the conference are committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and take all possible measures against publication malpractice. All stakeholders—authors, reviewers, editors, and organizers—are expected to adhere to ethical behavior and best practices as outlined below.

Authors’ Responsibilities - Authors are required to ensure that their submissions are original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. All sources of information must be appropriately acknowledged, and any form of plagiarism is strictly prohibited. The authorship should accurately reflect the contributions of individuals who have significantly participated in the research work. Data presented in the manuscript must be authentic and free from fabrication, falsification, or manipulation. Authors are also expected to disclose any conflicts of interest and clearly acknowledge all sources of financial or institutional support. In case any significant error or inaccuracy is identified after submission or publication, authors must promptly inform the conference organizers and cooperate in necessary corrections or retractions.

Reviewers’ Responsibilities - Reviewers play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of the conference publications. They are expected to conduct reviews objectively, fairly, and within the stipulated time frame. The evaluation should be based solely on the academic merit of the work, without any personal bias. Reviewers must maintain strict confidentiality regarding the manuscripts and should not use any part of the content for personal benefit. Constructive feedback should be provided to help improve the quality of the manuscript. Any potential conflicts of interest must be declared, and reviewers should withdraw from the review process if such conflicts arise.

Editors and Organizing Committee Responsibilities - The editorial board and organizing committee are responsible for ensuring a transparent, fair, and unbiased review process. Decisions regarding acceptance or rejection of manuscripts must be based on originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference theme, and clarity of presentation. The committee must ensure that all submissions are evaluated without discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, or institutional affiliation. Confidentiality of all submitted materials must be strictly maintained. In cases of suspected ethical violations, the committee will take appropriate actions, including investigation, rejection, or retraction, in accordance with established ethical standards.

Publication Ethics and Integrity - The conference adheres to strict publication ethics and maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards unethical practices such as plagiarism, duplicate submission, and data manipulation. All submitted manuscripts may be screened using plagiarism detection tools to ensure originality. Research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data must comply with relevant ethical guidelines and obtain necessary approvals from appropriate authorities. Authors are expected to adhere to all applicable ethical standards throughout the research and publication process.

Handling of Malpractice and Misconduct - Any allegations of unethical behavior or malpractice will be addressed with seriousness and confidentiality. The conference organizers will conduct a thorough investigation following established ethical procedures. If misconduct is confirmed, appropriate actions will be taken, including rejection or withdrawal of the paper, notification to the authors’ affiliated institutions, and restriction from future submissions if necessary. The conference reserves the right to implement all necessary measures to uphold academic integrity and maintain the credibility of its publications.
